Some of the world's most talented people experienced challenges to their emotional health and found healing and comfort in their respective talents. We may not have the exceptional levels of talent that Vincent Van Gogh, Winston Churchill, Leonard Cohen, Hans Christian Anderson or Ernest Hemingway had. However, we have been bestowed with our own aptitudes and resources, which may be under utilised or undiscovered because of what we are trying to cope with.
