Learn more about me.
I am a qualified IACP Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist with 11 years of post-qualification psychotherapy experience. Additionally, I am an IACP-accredited Supervisor since July 2026. I have experience working in three different generalist counselling services, in addition to my own private practice established in 2016. I have 25 years’ experience in two major Dublin Hospitals across a wide variety of administrative, patient services, and managerial roles, including an HR Manager role. My private-sector experience includes a US multinational company and an accountancy firm. Growing up on a farm grounded me in the ebb and flow of the seasons of life, and deepened my connection with nature and animals.
