I am a qualified IACP Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist with ten years post qualification psychotherapy experience.  I have experience of working in three different generalist counselling services, in addition to my own private practice established in 2016. Additionally I have a combination of twenty five years’ experience in two major Dublin Hospitals, in a wide variety of administrative, patient services and managerial roles, including a HR Manager role.   My private sector experience includes a US multinational company, and an accountancy firm.  Growing up on a farm grounded me in the ebb and flow of the seasons of life, and deepened my connection with nature and animals.

My qualifications include a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, a Diploma and a Degree (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, all achieved at first class honours level. Additionally, I hold qualifications in Life and Business Coaching, Mediation, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Expressive Arts and Solution Focused Therapy. I completed an MSc in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy validated by Middlesex University in 2021. Continuous Professional Development 2022 Autism training, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy 2023, Creative Cognitive Therapy 2024, Child Protection 2025
